I took some video while I was writing Amazing Cardboard Tube Science. This shows one the projects–a marble run. Marble runs are great for discussing potential energy, kinetic energy, and energy transformations.

Now, a challenge for you! I added an upside down measuring cup at the end to “ding” when the marble hit it. Can you think of other ways to add sounds to your marble run? I’d love to see your solutions!
